1. shipping to malta and gozo

delivery time: orders within malta and gozo are typically delivered within 3 business days.
shipping costs:

• free standard shipping for orders above €50

• €5 charge applies to orders under €50

• standard shipping does not include tracking

2. shipping to europe

for our customers in europe, we offer both standard and express shipping options:

• standard shipping (without tracking): €7.50

• express shipping (with tracking): €15

• delivery time: orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days for express shipping. standard shipping times may vary

for international orders outside malta and europe, we offer the following options:

we offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above €200 (malta and europe).

if you choose the customization option for your silk pillowcase with initials, these items are shipped from malta.

• dispatch: within 7 business days after your order is placed

• delivery: typically within 7–10 business days for express shipping

because these items are shipped from malta, vat and customs duties may apply for international orders:

• vat: may apply depending on the destination country and order value

• customs duties: may apply for orders above the threshold set by the destination country

once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if express shipping is selected.

all express shipping orders come with tracking. you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

while we aim to meet our delivery times, delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. during peak periods, there may be a slight delay of a few days. we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

9. gift servicing and packaging

our products, including customizable silk pillowcases and elegant carry-all bags, make thoughtful and luxurious gifts. include a note at checkout if you’d like us to send this package to someone special.

• orders are elegantly packaged in either a polymailer or a 6fiftytwo® mailer box of your choice (additional cost may apply)
