at 6fiftytwo®️, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in the quality of our products. this refunds and returns policy explains your rights and our procedures when you purchase goods from us.

your purchase is subject to applicable european union and maltese consumer protection laws, including the eu sale of goods directive (eu) 2019/771 and the eu consumer rights directive (2011/83/eu). these laws provide statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited. nothing in this policy affects those rights.

faulty or damaged items

we carefully inspect all products before dispatch. however, if you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

we may request clear photographic evidence of the issue to help us assess the claim and resolve it efficiently. this does not affect your statutory rights.

where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled under eu law to one of the following remedies, as applicable:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund (where repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate)

any refund issued for faulty or damaged items will include the original delivery costs where required by law.

right of withdrawal (change of mind – eu consumers)

if you are a consumer within the european union, including malta, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 DAYS of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

to exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period. the item must then be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • sealed as delivered

once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within the timeframe required by law. refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

extended returns and exchanges (voluntary policy)

in addition to your statutory rights, we offer a VOLUNTARY 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY. 

if you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or variant, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meet the return conditions listed above.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable delivery method. we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit when returning goods to us.

a shipping fee will apply for dispatching exchanged items.

this voluntary policy does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

final sale items

items clearly marked as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

however, if a final sale item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you remain entitled to your statutory remedies under applicable eu and maltese consumer law.

refunds processing

once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. we cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

responsibility for product care and use

we provide product care information to help ensure proper use and longevity. damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault under consumer law.

this does not affect your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
